I love the company, the management team, the fact that 100% of the customer base was Veterans and the awesome and dedicated people I had the pleasure and honor to work with. Initially it was stressful as it is a metric driven environment, but once you learned the process it became easier. Overall, my management was fine, there is the potential for favoritism, but that can happen at any organization. It was a fine place to work knowing that we were helping veterans. I loved this job, a great company to work for! I am so sad Covid was a factor in my position ending as well as many coworkers. I would go back to work for this company in a heartbeat. This company is shady, they work you till they don't need you. They underpay you, they give you an opportunity to cross train in claims for an authorization rep pay telling you it's "job security" and soon everyone will transfer over and obviously get paid as a claims rep which is more than a authorization rep. Well that was a lie they trained so many people in claims and never paid them as a claims representative for more than a year then tell them they are getting laid off and when many people where laid off no one showed their face.
